【摘要】:Thistestmethodmaybeusedinconjunctionwithothertestmethodsindeterminingthegeneralconditionofabridgedeck.Areasindicatedasdelaminatedonoverlaidbridgedecksmaybeanindicationoflackofbondbetweentheoverlayandtheunderlyingbridgedeck.Thistestmethodmaybeusedindeterminingspecificareasofdelaminationsrequiringrepair.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofdelaminationsinportland-cementconcretebridgedecksusinginfraredthermography.Thistestmethodisintendedforuseonexposedandoverlaidconcretebridgedecks.1.2APrecisionandBiasstatementhasnotbeendevelopedatthistime.Therefore,thisstandardshouldnotbeusedforacceptanceorrejectionofamaterialforpurchasingpurposes.Note18212;Thistestmethodcanbeusedonasphaltorconcreteoverlaysasthickas4in.(100mm).1.3Thistestmethodusesanimaginginfraredscannerandvideorecorder,mountedonavehicle,todetectdelaminationsanddebondedareasonbridgedecksandtorecordtheinformation.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
