【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverscalibrationandcharacterizationofsecondaryterrestrialphotovoltaicreferencecellstoadesiredreferencespectralirradiancedistribution.TherecommendedphysicalrequirementsforthesereferencecellsaredescribedinSpecificationE1040.Referencecellsareprincipallyusedinthedeterminationoftheelectricalperformanceofaphotovoltaicdevice.Secondaryreferencecellsarecalibratedindoorsusingsimulatedsunlightoroutdoorsinnaturalsunlightbyreferencetoaprimaryreferencecellpreviouslycalibratedtothesamedesiredreferencespectralirradiancedistribution.Secondaryreferencecellscalibratedaccordingtothistestmethodwillhavethesameradiometrictraceabilityastheoftheprimaryreferencecellusedforthecalibration.Therefore,iftheprimaryreferencecellistraceabletotheWorldRadiometricReference(WRR,seeTestMethodE816),theresultingsecondaryreferencecellwillalsobetraceabletotheWRR.Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofaphotovoltaiccellthatdemonstratesalinearshort-circuitcurrentversusirradiancecharacteristicoveritsintendedrangeofuse,asdefinedinTestMethodE1143.Thistestmethodappliesonlytothecalibrationofaphotovoltaiccellthathasbeenfabricatedusingasinglephotovoltaicjunction.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
