【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestothecombinationsofmotor(s),indirectconvertorsandtheircontrolsystemanditsobjectistospecify:?theperformancecharacteristicsofelectricdrivesconsistingofaconvertor,alternatingcurrentmotors,andtherelatedcontrolsystem;?methodsofverifyingtheseperformancecharacteristicsbytests.Twocategoriesofcombinedsystemscanbeconsidered:a)Alternatingcurrentmotorsfedfromaconvertorwithoutanycontrolbetweenthemechanicaloutput(torque,speed)andtheconvertoritself(mostlyauxiliarymotors,forexamplecoolingfanmotors).Themotorworksexactlyasifitwerefedfromabusbar(atvariablefrequencyandvoltageornot).b)Alternatingcurrentmotor(s)(paralleledornot)withacontrolbetweenthemechanicaloutputandtheinverter.ThefirstcategoryofsystemsistestedaccordingtoIEC60349-2andIEC61287-1.Thisstandardappliestothesecondcategory,mainlytractiondrives.IEC60349-2appliestoconvertor-fedalternatingcurrentmotors,IEC61287-1topowerelectronicconvertors;IEC60571appliestoelectronicequipment;thisstandardappliestothecombinationofmotor(s),convertors,andtheircontrolsystem.Asaconsequence,IEC60349-2describestheteststodemonstratethecomplianceofthemotortoitsspecification,IEC61287-1doesthesamefortheconvertor.Itisself-evidentthatsomeofthetestsmentionedinthisstandardmayingeneralreplacethecorrespondingonesdescribedintheabovementionedstandards.Anagreementshouldbereachedbetweenthepartiestoavoidtheduplicationoftests.Acompletecombinedtestisheavy,andoftenrequireshighpower,whichisnotalwaysavailableinworkshop.Anagreementbetweenuserandmanufacturermaybereachedtoallowtestingeitherintheworkshoporonthevehicle.Atthetimeofdraftingofthisstandard,onlythefollowingcombinationsofmotorsandinvertershavebeenusedfortractionapplications,butitmayalsoapplytoothercombinationswhichmaybeusedinthefuture:?asynchronousmotorsfedbyvoltagestiff(voltagesource)inverter;?asynchronousmotorsfedbycurrentstiff(currentsource)inverter;?synchronousmotorsfedbycurrentstiff(currentsource)inverter.Theinputoftheseinverters(seefigure2)canbead.c.supplylineoranintermediated.c.link,whichcanbeobtainedfromana.c.linebymeansofarectifier(2.2.1ofIEC61287-1)orfromad.c.linebymeansofachopper(2.2.2ofIEC61287-1)orfromautonomoussupplies(suchason-boardgenerators,accumulatorsorotherelectricenergysources)(1.1ofIEC61287-1).
