【摘要】:ThispartofISO20282providesrequirementsandrecommendationsforthedesignofeasy-to-operateeverydayproducts,whereeaseofoperationaddressesasubsetoftheconceptofusabilityconcernedwiththeuserinterfacebytakingaccountoftherelevantusercharacteristicsandthecontextofuse.ThispartofISO20282isintendedtobeusedinthedevelopmentofeverydayproducts,forwhichit--defineseaseofoperation,--explainswhichaspectsofthecontextofusearerelevant,and--describesthecharacteristicsoftheintendeduserpopulationthatmayinfluenceusability.TheintendedusersofthispartofISO20282areusabilityspecialists,ergonomists,productdesigners,interactiondesigners,productmanufacturersandothersinvolvedinthedesignanddevelopmentofeverydayproducts.ThispartofISO20282isapplicabletomechanicaland/orelectricalproductswithaninterfacethatausercanoperatedirectlyorremotelytogainaccesstothefunctionsprovided.Theseproductsfallintoatleastoneofthefollowingcategories:a)consumerproductsintendedforsomeorallofthegeneralpublicwhicharebought,rentedorused,andwhichmaybeownedbyindividuals,publicorganizations,orprivatecompanies;b)consumerproductsintendedtobeacquiredandusedbyanindividualforpersonalratherthanprofessionaluse(e.g.alarmclocks,electrickettles,telephones,electricdrills);c)walk-up-and-useproductsthatprovideaservicetothegeneralpublic(suchasticket-vendingmachines,photocopyingmachines,fitnessequipment);d)productsusedinaworkenvironment,butnotaspartofprofessionalactivities(e.g.acoffeemachineinanoffice);e)productsincludingsoftwarethatsupportsthemaingoalsofuseoftheproduct(e.g.aCDplayer).ThispartofISO20282isnotapplicabletothefollowing:f)purelyphysicalproductswithoutaninteractiveuserinterface(suchasajugorahammer);g)productswhereappearanceorfashionisthemaingoal(suchasawatchwithnomarkings);h)productsrequiringspecialisttraining,specificskillsand/orprofessionalknowledge(suchasamusicalinstrumentoracar);i)standalonesoftwareproducts;j)productsintendedtobeusedforprofessionalactivitiesonly.
