【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoemissionandimmunityaspectsofEMCforelectricalandelectronicapparatusandsystemsintendedforuseinrailwayfixedinstallationsassociatedwithpowersupply.Thisincludesthepowerfeedtotheapparatus,theapparatusitselfwithitsprotectivecontrolcircuits,tracksideitemssuchasswitchingstations,powerautotransformers,boostertransformers,substationpowerswitchgearandpowerswitchgeartootherlongitudinalandlocalsupplies.Filtersoperatingatrailwaysystemvoltage(forexample,forharmonicsuppressionorpowerfactorcorrection)arenotincludedinthisstandardsinceeachsitehasspecialrequirements.Filterswouldnormallyhaveseparateenclosureswithseparaterulesforaccess.Ifelectromagneticlimitsarerequired,thesewillappearinthespecificationfortheequipment.Thelimitsinthisstandarddonotapplytointentionalcommunicationsignals.Thefrequencyrangeconsideredisfromd.c.to400GHz.Nomeasurementsneedtobeperformedatfrequencieswherenorequirementisspecified.Emissionandimmunitylimitsaregivenforitemsofapparatuswhicharesituated:a)withintheboundaryofasubstationwhichdeliverselectricpowertoarailway;b)besidethetrackforthepurposeofcontrollingorregulatingtherailwaypowersupply,includingpowerfactorcorrectionandfiltering;c)alongthetrackforthepurposeofsupplyingelectricalpowertotherailwayotherthanbymeansoftheconductorsusedforcontactcurrentcollection,andassociatedreturnconductors.Includedarehighvoltagefeedersystemswithintheboundaryoftherailwaywhichsupplysubstationsatwhichthevoltageisreducedtotherailwaysystemvoltage.NOTE1Examplesareoneconductorofa25-0-25kV50Hzsystemandthe110kV16,7Hzsupplysystems.NOTE2Similarconductorswhichareoutsidetherailwayboundaryaretreatedasinthepublicareaandareconsideredtobegeneraloverheadpowerlinesalthoughtheyfeedonlytherailway.d)besidethetrackforcontrollingorregulatingelectricpowersuppliestoancillaryrailwayuses.Thiscategoryincludespowersuppliestomarshallingyards,maintenancedepotsandstations;e)variousothernon-tractionpowersuppliesfromrailwaysourceswhicharesharedwithrailwaytraction.Apparatusandsystemswhichareinanenvironmentwhichcanbedescribedasresidential,commercialorlightindustry,evenwhenplacedwithinthephysicalboundaryoftherailwaysubstation,shallcomplywiththerelevantgenericEuropeanEMCstandard.ExcludedfromtheimmunityrequirementsofthisstandardispowersupplyapparatuswhichisintrinsicallyimmunetothetestsdefinedinTables1to6ofthisstandard.NOTE3Anexampleisan18MVA230kVto25kVpowersupplytransformer.ThesespecificprovisionsaretobeusedinconjunctionwiththegeneralprovisionsinEN50121-1.Thispartofthestandardcoversrequirementsforbothapparatusandfixedinstallations.ThesectionsforfixedinstallationsarenotrelevantforCEmarking.
