适用范围
本标准规定了半导电橡塑材料体积电阻率试验的试验设备、试样准备、试验步骤和试验结果及计算。本标准适用于测量电线电缆用橡皮和塑料半导电材料的体积电阻率,测量范围不大于10的5次方欧。试验应在环境温度为23正负2度和相对湿度为50正负5%的条件下进行。

【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiestherequirementsforconstructionandperformance,anddescribesmethodsoftest,forarmouredfire-resistantcableswiththermosettinginsulationandofratedvoltage600/1000Vandlowemissionofsmokeandcorrosivegaseswhenaffectedbyfire.Thecircuitintegrityperformanceunderfireconditionsisassessedonthebasisofvarioustestswhicheitherseparatelymeasureresistancetofire,resistancetofirewithwater,andresistancetofirewithmechanicalshock(CategoriesFlandF2),orincombinationmeasureresistancetofirewithmechanicalshockandwater(CategoryF3).Cablesspecifiedinthisstandardareintendedforuseinfixedinstallationsinindustrialareas,buildingsandsimilarapplications,wheremaintenanceofpowersupplyduringafireisrequiredforadefinedperiodoftime.Forthepurposesofthisstandard,cablesaredesignatedbycategoryaccordingtotheirspecialperformancecharacteristics.Thefollowingcategoriesareincluded:CategoryFl—resistancetofirealonewhentestedinaccordancewith17.4.2;CategoryF2—resistancetofire,resistancetofirewithwater,resistancetofirewithmechanicalshock,assessedseparatelywhentestedinaccordancewith17.4.3;CategoryF3—resistancetofirewithmechanicalshockandwaterassessedincombinationwhentestedinaccordancewith17.4.4.NOTE1Attentionisdrawntothefactthattheabilityofagivencabletomeetaparticularcategoryinthisstandardrefersonlytothetestconditionstated,andthelevelofperformanceachievedinaparticularinstallationmaybeinfluencedbyactualinstallationconditions.CablescoveredbythisstandardhavelimitedevolutionofsmokeandcorrosivegaseswhenassessedunderthefireconditionsasspecifiedinBSEN50268andBSEN50267-2-1.Inthisstandard,thelevelofcorrosive(andacid)gasesisdeterminedbymeasurementofhydrochloricacid(HCI)inaccordancewithBSEN50267-2-1.NOTE2Thisisanindirectassessmentmethod,andreferenceshouldbemadetoIEC60695-5-2:1994,5.1.5foradditionalguidance.Theinsulationandothercomponentsaresuitabletopermitoperationofthecablesatamaximumsustainedconductortemperatureof90℃andforamaximumshortcircuitconductortemperatureof250℃.NOTE3Limitationonthetemperatureofthecablesmaybeimposedinsituationswheretheymaybetouched.NOTE4Duetotherelativelyhighconductortemperature,thereisariskofdryingoutthesurroundingsoilcausinganincreaseinthermalresistivitywhichinturnwouldleadtothecabletemperaturerisingtoahighervaluethananticipated.Forcablelaiddirectlyintheground,asuitablede-ratingfactorshouldbeappliedoralowermaximumsustainedconductoroperatingtemperatureshouldbeassumedtotakeintoaccountthepossibleeffectsofsoildryingout.NOTE5Ininstallationswhichincludecablejointsandterminations,theperformanceoftheseaccessoriesshouldbetakenintoaccountindecidingthemaximumoperatingtemperatureofthecable.Thecablesspecifiedinthestandardareallwirearmouredandoversheathedandareasfollows:a)two-,three-,four-andfive-corestrandedcopperconductor;b)multicoreauxiliarystrandedcopperconductor.AnnexAgivesrecommendationsfortheselectionandoperationofcableswhilerecommendationsfortheinstallationofcablesaregiveninAnnexB.AnnexCliststheinformationthatshouldbegivenwithanenquiryororder.
