【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversthedesign,manufacture,performance,operation,functioning,andtestingofincineratorsintendedtoincinerategarbageandothershipboardwastesgeneratedduringtheship'snormalservice(thatis,maintenance,operational,domestic,andcargo-associatedwastes).ThisspecificationisacompaniondocumenttoGuideF1322.Thisspecificationappliestothoseincineratorplantswithcapacitiesupto1500kWperunit.AdditionalinformationisgiveninAppendixX1-AppendixX9.Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytosystemsonspecialincineratorships,forexample,forburningindustrialwastessuchaschemicals,manufacturingresidues,etc.Thisspecificationdoesnotaddresstheelectricalsupplytotheunit,northefoundationconnectionsandstackconnections.Thisspecificationdoesnotcoveremissionsrequirements.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Ifanincineratoristobeoperatedinlittoralregions,thestrictestgoverningregulationsforthosecountriesinwhichtheincineratormayoperatewouldformtherequirementbasis.See5.11.
