【摘要】:ThisstandardspecifiestheperformanceofPM10samplinginstrumentsinordertoharmonizethemonitoringwithintheframeworkoftheEuropeanUnionCouncilDirective96/62/EC[1]onambientairqualityassessmentandmanagement,andthefirstdaughterdirective.Inthedaughterdirective,byconventiontheISOthoracicsamplingconventionhasbeenassimilatedtothePM10fraction(seeannexA;[2]).ThestandardspecifiesatestprotocolforcomparingtheresultsofacandidatePM10samplerwithareferencePM10oneinafieldtest[3].Basically,thereferenceequivalenceawardedtoacandidatesamplerappliesonlytotherangeofconditionsunderwhichthefieldtestswerecarriedoutBycarryingouttheambientfieldtestincharacteristicsituationscoveringawiderangeofrelevantambientparametersitissecuredthatreferenceequivalencedoesholdinprevailingconditionswithinEuropeancountries.Referenceequivalencewillexplicitlynotbeawardedforspecificsituations(e.g.backgroundonlyorurbansituationsonly).Aboveall,theproceduregiveninthisstandardisthoughttobeapracticalone,enablingEuropeaninstitutionsorindustriestoassesscandidatesamplingsystemsunderambientconditions.Thereferenceequivalenceawardedusingtheproceduresgiveninthisstandard,onlyappliestotheprocessofsamplingSPMinambientair.Itdoesnotdealwiththeequivalenceofcommonlyemployedautomatedmethods(e.g.attenuationofa-radiationortheoscillatingmassbalancemethod)toanalysetheambientSPMcollectedonthecollectionsubstrate.Thelimitofdetectionandtheprecisionoftheanalyticalmethodareimportantconsiderationsfortheuser,buttheirdeterminationisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.ThemainargumentsforthedesignatedfieldtestprocedureareelucidatedinD.1.
