【摘要】:ISO9241-110:2006setsforthergonomicdesignprinciplesformulatedingeneralterms(i.e.presentedwithoutreferencetosituationsofuse,application,environmentortechnology)andprovidesaframeworkforapplyingthoseprinciplestotheanalysis,designandevaluationofinteractivesystems.WhileISO9241-110:2006isapplicabletoalltypesofinteractivesystems,itdoesnotcoverthespecificsofeverycontextofuse(e.g.safetycriticalsystems,collaborativework).Itisintendedforthefollowingtypesofusers:designersofuserinterfacedevelopmenttoolsandstyleguidestobeusedbyuserinterfacedesigners;userinterfacedesigners,whowillapplytheguidanceduringthedevelopmentprocess;developers,whowillapplytheguidanceduringdesignandimplementationofsystemfunctionality;buyers,whowillreferenceitduringproductprocurement;evaluators,whoareresponsibleforensuringthatproductsmeetitsrecommendations.ISO9241-110:2006focusesondialogueprinciplesrelatedtotheergonomicdesignofthedialoguebetweenuserandinteractivesystem,anddoesnotconsideranyotheraspectofdesignsuchasmarketing,aestheticsorcorporatedesign.Thelistofrecommendationsforeachofthedialogueprinciplesisnotexhaustive.
