【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheprocessandtechnicalrequirementsforthedevelopmentofsoftwareforprogrammableelectronicsystemsforuseinrailwaycontrolandprotectionapplications.Itisaimedatuseinanyareawheretherearesafetyimplications.Thesesystemscanbeimplementedusingdedicatedmicroprocessors,programmablelogiccontrollers,multiprocessordistributedsystems,largerscalecentralprocessorsystemsorotherarchitectures.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableexclusivelytosoftwareandtheinteractionbetweensoftwareandthesystemofwhichitispart.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotrelevantforsoftwarethathasbeenidentifiedashavingnoimpactonsafety,i.e.softwareofwhichfailurescannotaffectanyidentifiedsafetyfunctions.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallsafetyrelatedsoftwareusedinrailwaycontrolandprotectionsystems,including–applicationprogramming,–operatingsystems,–supporttools,–firmware.Applicationprogrammingcompriseshighlevelprogramming,lowlevelprogrammingandspecialpurposeprogramming(forexample:Programmablelogiccontrollerladderlogic).1.5ThisEuropeanStandardalsoaddressestheuseofpre-existingsoftwareandtools.Suchsoftwaremaybeused,ifthespecificrequirementsin7.3.4.7and6.5.4.16onpre-existingsoftwareandfortoolsin6.7arefulfilled.1.6SoftwaredevelopedaccordingtoanyversionofthisEuropeanStandardwillbeconsideredascompliantandnotsubjecttotherequirementsonpre-existingsoftware.1.7ThisEuropeanStandardconsidersthatmodernapplicationdesignoftenmakesuseofgenericsoftwarethatissuitableasabasisforvariousapplications.Suchgenericsoftwareisthenconfiguredbydata,algorithms,orboth,forproducingtheexecutablesoftwarefortheapplication.ThegeneralClauses1to6and9ofthisEuropeanStandardapplytogenericsoftwareaswellasforapplicationdataoralgorithms.ThespecificClause7appliesonlyforgenericsoftwarewhileClause8providesthespecificrequirementsforapplicationdataoralgorithms.1.8ThisEuropeanStandardisnotintendedtoaddresscommercialissues.Theseshouldbeaddressedasanessentialpartofanycontractualagreement.AlltheclausesofthisEuropeanStandardwillneedcarefulconsiderationinanycommercialsituation.1.9ThisEuropeanStandardisnotintendedtoberetrospective.Itthereforeappliesprimarilytonewdevelopmentsandonlyappliesinitsentiretytoexistingsystemsifthesearesubjectedtomajormodifications.Forminorchanges,only9.2applies.Theassessorhastoanalysetheevidencesprovidedinthesoftwaredocumentationtoconfirmwhetherthedeterminationofthenatureandscopeofsoftwarechangesisadequate.However,applicationofthisEuropeanStandardduringupgradesandmaintenanceofexistingsoftwareishighlyrecommended.
