【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesinformationfortheapplicationofbevelandhypoidgearsusingthegeometryinISO23509,thecapacityasdeterminedbyISO10300(allparts)andthetolerancesinISO17485.ThisTechnicalReportprovidesadditionalinformationontheapplication,manufacturing,strengthandefficiencyofbevelgearsforconsiderationinthedesignstageofanewbevelgearset.Theterm“bevelgear”isusedtomeanstraight,spiral,zerolbevelandhypoidgeardesigns.WherethisTechnicalReportpertainstooneormore,butnotall,thespecificformsareidentified.Themanufacturingprocessofformingthedesiredtoothformisnotintendedtoimplyanyspecificprocess,butrathertobegeneralinnatureandapplicabletoallmethodsofmanufacture.ThisTechnicalReportisintendedforusebyanexperiencedgeardesignercapableofselectingreasonablevaluesfortherequireddatabasedonhis/herknowledgeandbackground.Itisnotintendedforusebytheengineeringpublicatlarge.
